Pros
Premium positions in Canary Wharf, the City and Hammersmith. Quality suppliers. High-end products. Decent blend of coffee. Welcoming enviroment, but for me the pros end here!
Cons
Management really out of touch with the needs of the shop. Management don't understand the need of customer service as much as the workers in the shops! General Manager incompetent. Owner of the business not committed enough.
