Corporate: Discount on food, flexible schedule, management will have your back, proper breakdown of your pay Franchise: Get out early, organized management
Cons
Corporate: 6% tip out. if you're over 22 years old, you're most likely one of the oldest ones there, ran by children You can't tell a customer you're closed, you can be stuck there 3 hours after original closing hours Want you to know every role, not just server or host etc. Franchise: tips were stolen, lots of favouritism, unsure how tip out was distributed, depending on the owner it can be very unfair
