Pros
CalRob gives college students the opportunity to step into a position to run their own business, learn real world lessons all while earning money and making connections. They will help in any way necessary to see you succeed, they really do care. This isn't a cookie cutter company, they do things a little different than other companies offering internships for college students. They put the power in the students hand, you get out what you put in. They will not force you to do anything, just all around a very respectable company.
Cons
If there were any cons i could think of over my time with CalRob would be more interaction from upper management. I had a sort of mentor but other than him there wasn't a lot of contact from the other leaders in other States. Frankly that wasn't a big deal at all, the experience was great so trying to find a con was tough.
