Pros

I guess the company logo looks cool, though Comprehensive Health Services leans itself to saying we are a medical service provider.

Cons

Being bought out by an investment company with no healthcare experience is an inept way to do business. They saw a profitable company and now are going to run it into the ground by destroying it from within. Employee benefits are made to be the most beneficial and cost effective for Caliburn. Healthcare options have dropped since acquired by Caliburn as deductibles, premiums, and care costs rose for employees. A huge round of layoffs have made morale become super low. Additionally, many people are beginning to jump ship as Caliburn swallows us up. Right now, some employees are applying elsewhere as any day you can be axed. Meanwhile, the people leftover from the layoffs are expected to do quadruple the work load in the same amount of time. (Oh and no, OT is never available) Be ready to be babysat through constant harassment regarding numbers. New management does not care about quality of service, rather the amount of x/y/z you can get down in the work day.

Pros

1. Mission-Driven Work with Global Impact Projects support military, government, and humanitarian missions worldwide—offering the chance to make a tangible difference in healthcare delivery and public health outcomes. 2. Opportunities for Strategic Leadership and Growth Employees who take initiative and demonstrate strong leadership often earn trust quickly, leading to high-level project involvement, proposal leadership, and international exposure. 3. Collaborative, High-Performance Teams Despite complex environments, teams are highly skilled, adaptable, and focused on achieving results together—creating a strong sense of purpose and professional pride.

Cons

1. Fast-Paced and Demanding Environment The workload can be intense, particularly during proposal cycles or international deployments, requiring flexibility and resilience to meet tight deadlines. 2. Organizational Transitions and Restructuring As the company continues to evolve and refine its strategic direction, shifting priorities can create periods of uncertainty or adjustment for teams. 3. Limited Work-Life Balance During Peak Periods Leadership roles and mission-critical projects may require extended hours or travel, which can challenge personal balance at times—but also build exceptional experience.

Pros

The MRO department staff are friendly. Equipment provided.

Cons

You're told about the responsibilities of the job when hired but what they don't tell you is that you're basically thrown into a sinkhole of neverending work. Those responsibilities, they want you to basically do them ALL AT THE SAME TIME. You're not told you're going to be put into answering calls for the call center, while simultaneously downloading, uploading and releasing drug screen results. It's totally unethical to ask people who can cost people a job if they make a mistake, to perform other tasks while they're trying to ensure drug screens are accurate.
