Pay, only advancement raises but rarely promotes from within even if internal candidate is most qualified, 1 company-wide raise given in 7 years, no yearly raises given. Expected to jump in or to "go the extra mile" even if not compensated but not even given consideration when trying to advance, expected to give 110% ALWAYS but is not reciprocated from management. Executives show favorism, only fill advanced positions with friends or prior employer's co-workers, etc. With enormous company growth, no rewards given to those who slaved to help get there. Lastly, dedicated long time employees who stayed through all ups & downs, through never getting a raise, through assisting in ALL areas when needed...gets zero consideration on advancement and a company that shows no loyalty to the employee. If something is needed from company to maintain employment under special circumstances...no consideration given, they would rather lose great employee.
