Pros
Big office with lots of different people to work with, occasional office events with lunch. The Body Corporate Managers were really nice offing guidance where possible but majority didn’t know how to do the assistance role while is strange as you are supporting them.
Cons
Too many buildings on the one account to do the job correctly. The tedious training which you are put in a room for two weeks to just read but not actually taught anything, made to feel like you are not valued enough to be trained correctly. The pay isn’t worth the job you are doing. The systems for managing the buildings is very outdated, email management was very poor easily getting over 1,000 emails from the weekend from buildings with complaints. The role is 99% admin based, if you enjoy not talking and tapping away at the keyboard all day then this is the job for you. Some team members tried to make it a more fun work environment by playing music, having Friday drinks but this was shut down very quickly. When you looked around at the massive team, you could tell no one enjoys their job and don’t really want to be there.
