Staff and management always friendly, worked with some really great people that really cared about the cats and cared about making the cafe a worthwhile experience for customers

The owners of the business are completely out of touch. They state on their website that the welfare of the cats is their number one priority, of course this couldn’t be further from the truth; they’d do anything to maximise profit even at the expense of the physical and mental wellbeing of the animals and the wellbeing of the staff too. We were made to tell customers that cats were purchased from reputable breeders when in reality they were not. The majority of the cats that live there have either health problems or behavioural issues caused by stress.
