      Pros

      I can't speak for all company leadership, but mine is the best. They actually listen and don't expect "yes" responses. They value thoughtfulness and high attention to detail. I'm provided with ample freedom to accomplish my duties while maintaining a work/life balance.

      Cons

      Organizational structure is likely confusing for new employees.
