Pros
- Used to be a close family like environment ran by caring and helpful management. - PTO- Some of the best PTO I've found in Michigan. - Busy work- There's usually a good amount of work to do to pass the time, if the computer system is working - Looks good on a resume, which helps you get out once you are in.
Cons
-The IT department can't seem to keep the system up and running for more than a few days, before it goes down sometimes for 2-3 straight days. Where you have nothing to do, but are forced to come in anyway. - Company has "merged", more of been taken over, by the company Financial Freedom. FF has a bad track record, and has been fined severely for fraud by the Federal Government. - After being taken over by FF, Celink started letting people go left and right. The company now has gotten rid of nearly half of it's employees., even upper management All the jobs are being shipped over to India or being solely handled by Financial Freedom employees out of Texas. -The new upper management that forced itself onto Celink's original staff is heartless, incompetent, and lazy. - More of a focus on filling the pockets of top management, and pleasing the Clients such as Reverse Mortgage Funding or AAG, rather than focusing on the treatment of senior citizens whose mortgages are held at Celink, or focusing on the employees of Celink and their morale.
