      Pros

      The team is really, truly great. There is a sense of camaraderie, but this could be due to everyone feeling like they are all on the same sinking ship, with basically the same complaint.....and that is singular.

      Cons

      The owner has given "the keys" to someone who is grossly inexperienced, practically and emotionally, to handle the job. The result is a veryveryvery near-sighted management style, which is being generous, that leaves everyone wondering wtf most of the time. Can you spell ka-ra-zy? They know something is wrong and instead of being able to identify The Problem, they hire and fire consultants who they don't take the advice of anyway.

      Awesome people, awesome environment, great chance to push yourself and become a better version of you.

      Cons

      Sometimes directions come at you quick and you need to role with the punches and have solutions yesterday.

      Pros

      Team oriented, plenty of growth, opportunity for advancement within the company. The owner of the company provided thousands of dollars of learning materials and offered them free to anyone interested in developing themselves further. Management was quick to reward hard work. The guidelines for customer service were flexible and fulfilling. The location of the company was near major freeways which made for an easy commute.

      Cons

      The management staff was disorganized when it came to implementing company wide changes. The owner of the company would have emotional blowouts every so often. This was a real distraction.
