Pros
If you're really desperate in need of a job, you're very likely to be hired. (they hired and kept a person who defrauded the company and several others, true story, he and his wife are wanted criminals) Someone who thrives in a position with no training, no communication or help to get things done for very little pay.
Cons
Recent good reviews are b/c the CEO told the entire company he'd pay $15 for good reviews. The review has 0 cons for the company, that's not possible or honest. The review was copied and pasted from the company website. The company definitely seems fine and even good for awhile. But this perfect team listed is also a lie. In less than a year they hired and fired 5 people(of about 20, total, including keeping a wanted criminal, without knowing about his defrauding the company) In AZ, they own 3 properties, they have no property managers, no construction managers, no project engineer, no construction superintendent and nobody in leasing. They also fire people and don't pay previously owed income. (over $25k in instances) There's one authentic review, and that person listed they couldn't stay with the company! Also, their benefits are the worst version of healthcare available. As the other reviews list, it's a total mess. The CEO also doesn't pay his employees while he's unavailable stuck at Burning Man.
