One of the worst run, worst managed IT service companies I've ever seen. High school kids could answer the phone better there and they treat their technicians like garbage. If you want people to stay that are highly skilled and technical, just don't do that. Not only that but your management clear doesn't know what is actually going on in IT and are cocooned in their own bubble. They need to attend conferences, get up to date information, get better training, look at what other companies are actually doing. Otherwise, you're wasting people's time.
