Pros
CertifID is a rare combination of brilliant people and technology with clear product market fit. This isn't one of those vanity "people-first" organizations. On the contrary, it's clear that there's been an emphasis on growing in the right way from both a people and product standpoint. Unlike most startups, CertifID isn't hiring left, right and center, the entire org is thoughtful in how they scale, what they build and how they ultimately service their customers. I really can't say enough about how different CertifID is from most companies of it's size and market opportunity. I'm grateful to be a part of the team and certain we're on the path to something truly great.
Cons
Everyone is really, really great at what they do. I'm constantly trying to stretch my own impact and rise to the work ethic I see in my fellow team members.
