      Pros

      Ive been with the firm for 13 years. Started at age 23, first job out of college. We have more work and clients then we can keep up with. Always seeking staff them want to develop their business acumen and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Marketing and Direct Sales firms are a misunderstood industry. Those on the outside do not realize how stable and trending this industry is. The industry is sky rocketing and we have grown over 700% in the last few years, but a lot of people looking for employment pass because they have a pre-conceived notion of what it is.

      Pros

      The trainers were very hands on with the sales training. I was nervous my first day but my trainer made it feel like I was already accepted there, after working a few hours. The opportunity is amazing, I wish I stayed longer to see it through. I sent my sister to work with them, and she's doing better than I did

      The sales weren't easy to maintain. Wasn't used to the mornings
