      Pros

      Salary is ok and management is supportive. I would recommend them if you’re starting as a freelancer.

      Cons

      The salary is ok however the agency is taking too much cut from the employee. Some have 70%-30% in favor of the agency.

      Work-life balance, great culture, reasonable pay, amazing colleagues, Hands-on Ceo!

      Cons

      Some area of improvements on employee benefits such as life insurance, hmo for dependents. Needs a little boost on engagement activities for team members.
