A genuinely bright and young talented workforce who wants to make an impact in a fast-growing industry
Cons
There is an unconscious bias that favors employees pre-2021 - especially in Sales. If you come with an outside perspective you're already incorrect with every decision. Senior Leadership has no idea what they are doing and relies on young fresh out of college/university talent to make mission-critical decisions for them. Often leading to mistakes. Many people who are not skilled are doing jobs they have no business doing. Leadership simply doesn't know how to lead.
