      Pros

      The recruitment and onboarding processes were professional and well-structured, creating a very positive first impression of the company's organization.

      Cons

      New leadership brought chaos and large-scale layoffs. Instead of fixing critical issues in sales and finance, management uses layoffs to mask strategic failures. It is difficult to trust a leadership team that values staff cuts over actually resolving the operational and strategic gaps that Coegi has struggled with for a long time.
