Pros

The company's stated mission is noble. Treating people struggling with opioid addiction and assisting with their recovery is a great mission. Unfortunately its mostly talk as no one at the corporate level understands treatment since they are not clinicians. Sound clinical care is very, very low on the corporate office's agenda which is sad for the patients and clinical staff. The clinical staff is great for the most part. Hard working and really wanting to help those in need. Unfortunately they work for the wrong organization as their values are not in line with those of management.

Cons

"New Season", huh? Nope, same old Colonial Management Group with a new name hoping to fool people in an attempt to outrun their horrible reputation. Unless they change the CEO John Steinbrun and his directors/VPs, its the same old company where upper management is a complete disgrace only looking out for themselves. Particularly the CEO and HR which work side by side to run off people who stand up to them or have an opinion. I have never worked with such sleazy, dishonest people and for that reason many of us left over the years. And those competent employees who did not were run off by this group who only wants to employ "yes men" with no spines. That way no one will go around them and tell the truth to the company's owners who they work hard to keep in the dark. Then again they don't try to hard to look as they would rather not know what really goes on. HR runs the organization and its a dishonest, disingenuous group with no real purpose other than to cover for each other and churn through people. Oh and to grow as big and as bloated as they can. This company routinely has hundreds of positions open and its not due to growth. Its no coincidence that positions are always on across their clinics as its a reflection of how poorly they treat staff across the company. Employees come and go like its a revolving door. Turnover is nearly 50% and then HR publishes their own data internally and says its half of that. The best part is that "management" believes them because no one is there for the truth or to deal with the real issues. They are all there to cover for each other and to line their own pockets. My favorite are the fake, positive reviews here that were "encouraged" by HR. They are the ones that say the 401K plan is the "con" at CMG which is laughable as it is the best benefit they offer. All those positive reviews are fake as HR pushed to have employees write them to offset the constant stream of negative reviews. Its a real shame that this company has run off many strong, extremely competent, caring people because they did not fall in line, agree with the lies told by leadership, or keep their mouth shut. Instead of managing strong people and using them to benefit the organization, these "leaders" consistently push them out because they are threatened by them. Its a vicious cycle at this organization as it attracts corrupt leadership and they thrive. CMG or New Season's management is in the business of smoke and mirrors trying to fool the outside world (ownership, regulatory bodies, patients, prospective employees, etc.) into believing that they are sincere, caring people trying to run a sound business to help people. The CEO is especially well practiced at appearing sincere and thoughtful when in reality he is a cold, pathological liar and manipulator. As someone who saw it very close up let me be clear- upper management group is in it to help themselves and no one else. All of us who left or were forced to leave are very glad to be gone and at peace to not be associated with this disgraceful organization. Do not join this organization unless you are prepared to fall in line and check your thoughts, ideas, expertise, and opinions at the door. The CEO always believes he is the smartest one in the room so you don't need to do anything but agree with him. If you can do that all day everyday then you might make it a CMG, New Season, or whatever name they call themselves in the future.

Pros

You get lots of experience with multi tasking, high volumes, concurrently covering other workplace roles adding onto your role, to support the clinic your working at as well as all the other clinics in NH. They have a mandatory no overtime rule. If you go over the clock by 1 minute when you clock out , the boss gets a written warning, so you get a formal written warning, You get lots of experience with evolving and changing rules and directives that have no written polices to back them, leaving you with no management accountability or backing. You can be instructed and directed to do one thing, while being held accountable for the polar opposite. You get the plenty of experience navigating a volatile, fast changing For Profit workplace entity, working with 'Gaslighting Supervisors and Management".

Cons

Lots of gaslighting from management, unsafe workplace conditions and staffing. Total For Profit Business mentality above any written or implied mission statement or efforts. No loyalty to highly skilled workers who have been there the longest. Promised benefits change and often aren't accessible, regardless of them being promoted and you 'jumping through hoops to actually get them'. No one's job is safe, regardless of whether your contract, staff, management or the boss. The 'Harms Reduction Mentality Promoted' Does not apply to staff. Their mission statement and written policies all look great, but unfortunately the reality of their application can be the polar opposite.
