The company lacks proper structure and professional management. There is no clear hierarchy, no defined reporting system, and responsibilities are not properly aligned. Despite having multiple senior-level designations, there is no real leadership direction or accountability. Employees are terminated without clear justification or documented performance discussions. There is no proper performance review process, and in many cases, actions are taken without even consulting the employee or reviewing performance thoroughly with the reporting manager. Decisions feel sudden, unsupported, and unfair. At the same time, new employees are hired frequently without addressing the root internal issues. This creates instability, fear, and a lack of trust across teams. Everything is delayed — approvals, salary discussions, internal processes, and client-related decisions. There is no ownership, no timeline discipline, and no structured workflow. The work culture feels reactive rather than planned. There is a clear gap between the company’s projected image and the internal reality. Communication is weak, policies are unclear, and employee concerns are often ignored. Advice to Management:
