Pros
This is not an organization where people can build a long-term career with confidence. The prevailing mindset among employees is simple: leave on your own terms before you are eventually shown the door.
Cons
The organization has seen a continuous exodus of department heads, with only a handful of departments remaining untouched under the leadership of one particular individual. New leaders were brought in to fill the gaps, but many of them chose to leave within a very short period, despite receiving good treatment and support.
The troubling part is that these exits do not seem to be linked to performance or business requirements. Instead, decisions appear to be influenced by personal bias, favoritism, and internal politics. As a result, trust in leadership has significantly eroded.
The workplace may look stable from the outside, but internally there is a culture of uncertainty and fear. Employees constantly worry about their job security because they have seen capable and experienced people removed without any clear justification.
Most employees are not staying because they believe in the organization’s future; they are staying until they find a better opportunity. There is a common understanding that anyone can be asked to leave at any time, regardless of their contribution or performance.
If you are considering joining, be aware that long-term stability and career growth may be difficult to find in such an unpredictable environment.
