I have had a very positive experience at Premier Truck Group of Knoxville . I started in sales, then advanced to the service side of business , and PTG gave me the training, support, and opportunities to grow into a Continuous Improvement role. What stands out most is that leadership is willing to let you prove yourself . If you show up, take ownership, and focus on helping the team win, there are real paths to advance. I’ve also appreciated the culture across the dealership network: people are proud of the work, willing to share best practices, and open to making changes to improve the customer experience.

Like most dealership environments, the pace can be fast and priorities can shift quickly.
