      Bend over back wards to take care of the employees yes very strict but very caring and giving people the respect and love back and bigger opportunities!!!

      Cons

      Get a lot of new employees due to the stricter policies plus the hard work!! If take advice from who is training and pay close attention the hard work becomes a cake walk
