Pros
Some colleagues are nice and supportive.
Cons
Lack of professionalism, poor operational systems, and unhealthy management culture.
One of the biggest issues is salary payment delays. Salaries are not paid on time and are often split into two parts - typically on the 7th and 15th - without this process ever being communicated upfront during hiring. In my case, I received my complete December salary only towards the end of January. The delays feel deliberate rather than accidental.
The company also fails to maintain proper statutory compliance consistently, including delays in PF contributions.
Management culture is another major concern. There is excessive micromanagement from the COO, who controls nearly every aspect of operations, including creative approvals, despite the presence of creative leads and senior managers. Decision-making is centralized to an unhealthy extent, leaving department heads and HR with little to no authority.
The COO avoids accountability for operational failures and instead shifts blame onto account managers and account directors, often labeling issues as “lack of planning” while providing minimal structural support or manpower. Suggestions for process improvements are generally ignored, and there is little openness to feedback.
Operationally, the company lacks defined systems and workflows. Processes are unclear, constantly changing, or non-existent altogether. Teams are severely understaffed, yet unrealistic workloads are pushed onto account managers, who are then blamed when deliverables suffer due to bandwidth constraints.
Overall, the work environment feels reactive, disorganized, and driven by fear rather than leadership or planning. I would strongly advise candidates to evaluate the company carefully before joining.
