      - good work-life balance - private insurance - minimal office politics

      Cons

      - no bonuses/allowances other than the holiday allowance (THR) - many benefits have been removed, even lunch/snack and wifi - unclear career progression - laptops use personal devices (company laptops are old models) - still using an outdated tech stack - no self-development program
