Pros
Amazing culture, good benefits, pay is decent, and you learn very important life skills. Everything I've learned here will be able to follow me through my whole life.
Cons
Feeling burnt out can come pretty quickly. From the start to the finish of each day it's go-go-go attitude, all gas no brakes. It's very fulfilling and can feel really good like you're making a difference in people's lives, but it catches up to you with how much energy and focus you're putting into your work. On top of that, your Saturday shift is 5 hours long, which requires you to take a full day off during the week to avoid OT, but that's still 3 hours difference from a full day, so you have to make that up during the week (if you want to hit 40hrs) by skipping lunch breaks, or using PTO to make up the difference, or opening/closing everyday. Creates a lot of fatigue.
