Pros

Enterprise Peak has a great mix of professionalism and approachability. The leadership is transparent, and everyone genuinely wants to help one another succeed. The office perks like snacks, Taco Wednesdays, and the free gym make it a fun environment when we’re in person. The benefits are solid, and commuter perks are a thoughtful touch.

Cons

Sometimes communication can get a little scattered across teams; a bit more structure would help.

Pros

You get exposure to some of the most interesting and technically complex industries out there, including AI, hardware and software engineering, aerospace, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing. The compensation is strong, there is flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week, and if you are willing to put in the effort to build your network and book of business, the earning potential is well into six figures. It's a work hard, play hard culture.

Cons

This is not a 9-to-5 job and it is definitely not for everyone. The pace is demanding, the expectations are high, and there will be times when you are working nights or weekends, so success requires self motivation, resilience, and a willingness to learn quickly under pressure.

Pros

It’s a great place to get exposure to real enterprise clients and complex engineering services. The company works with large organizations across aerospace, healthcare, and tech, so you learn quickly how these types of engagements come together. It’s also a very hands on environment where you’re involved in real pipeline generation and pre sales work rather than just following a script. The culture is merit based, so if you’re proactive and perform well it gets noticed. For a midsize company the benefits are solid too, including a good PPO healthcare plan.

Cons

Because it’s not a huge company, it doesn’t have the same level of structure, SOPs, or formal training that you might find at a Fortune 500 organization. You need to be comfortable figuring things out and being fairly self directed. The pace can also be demanding since the clients are large and the projects can be technically complex. People often wear multiple hats, and some processes are still evolving as the company continues to grow.
