I mean, we’ve got this fancy CRM Zoho, you know the one, but instead of making our lives easier, we’re still inputting the same info over and over like it's Groundhog Day. Why bother with it if your processes just gonna make everything more redundant? 1 step forward, 5 steps back.

Promises of pay reviews, promotions, and career progression are rarely fulfilled unless you’re part of their inner circle. Expectations are unclear, and feedback often goes ignored. Hiring practices lack transparency, with vague job roles and (recenelty even threatened with) unrealistic performance demands. Employees are blamed for low motivation rather than being given proper support. On the ground staff are let go while those in leadership positions, responsible for overall performance, remain unaffected. This raises concerns about fairness and accountability.
