This company is a very bad place to work. They do not provide work phones to the drivers, even though they are required for the job. Drivers are forced to use their own personal phones without any reimbursement. The dispatcher support is terrible — they rarely respond when drivers need help, and there’s no proper communication or organization. The vans are extremely dirty and poorly maintained, which makes it uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe to drive. The company shows no concern for safety or cleanliness, and drivers are often blamed for problems that come from the company’s lack of maintenance. There are no incentives or recognition for hard work. The management doesn’t care about the employees, and there’s no appreciation or respect for the effort drivers put in every day. The overall work environment is stressful, unprofessional, and very disorganized. They also did not pay my unused PTO after I quit, which is unfair and possibly illegal. Overall, this company treats its employees very poorly and provides one of the worst work experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend anyone to work here.
