Pros
- Enjoyed the opportunity to work for an interesting client.
- Appreciate the opportunity to pick up new skills through the client project
Cons
- I felt more like an independent contractor rather than an employee. I was sold on the role as an employee, but it quickly became apparent I was a contractor.
- Very little support from the company when it came to learning new skills. The skills I picked up were self taught or picked up through interactions with the client.
- Employer did not have a good path forward for new work. Sales are lacking which impacts opportunities to continue work with Noise.
- There were no benefits, or benefits that were offered were not affordable. Ensure you negotiate a strong salary or hourly salary before accepting a position.
