Cons
Horrible training and a haphazard tech stack, including multiple CRMs that do not talk to each other. No accountability, lack of professionalism, amateurs making senior decisions, and way too many middle "managers", to the point you never know who is in charge. Also, this company is a revolving door with people getting let go way too often. Seems like you're always training someone new.
