Pros
Nothing, terrible place to work.
Cons
Avoid this company. They make you think you are an employee, but you are really just a contract coder who can be let go at any time with little warning. They will not place you anywhere else in the company, didn’t matter how much experience you have. PTO is barely earned, and what you do accrue is not paid out when your contract suddenly ends. Training is minimal, expectations are unrealistic, and you are treated like a temp, not a real part of the company. After buying out MRA, it feels like they are slowly pushing out U.S. employees as they are a big off shore company.
