Pros
Great teammates. Extremely collaborative & everyone had each other's backs.
Cons
You have to stay on top of management when it comes to entering the next level in employment. Ex - trading assistant probationary months into full pay trading assistant. Also when you want to become a senior trading assistant. You have to press your own managers for this.
They also don't provide structured training, nor do they properly guide a struggling employee in helping them improve lacking skills.
The team is great, but you have to stay on top of management at times.
