Great management, good pay, nice benefits

Long hours, odd location, entitled guests

Its a strong team environment, there's some level of competition for sales but its not super cut throat amongst most of the other servers and they'll help you if you ask. Also, managers are fairly understanding and will work with you if you put the work in.

There is a sales aspect to the job on top of being a server/waiter where you are expected to hit a % of monthly signups, Its relatively low so its not impossible to do but if you're not a sales person its a bit of a learning curve.
