Day shift gets paid for doing nothing while night shift gets paid less for doing a whole lot more .

Laid back work environment in terms of what you wear, they acknowledge there needs to be a change in the industry.

Poorly ran company. There is systemic Micromanagement. Owner insists on excessive control over the work process. They delegate work, yet still want to be involved with every single detail of the work, often causing delays and frustration throughout the team. They will undermine your decisions in meetings and in front of your team. People who should get fired usually get moved or promoted. Coaching/training is non existent but yet people are held accountable for a job they were never trained for. “Commissions” are a joke.
