Pros

You’ll be working with a young and energetic team. The structure is quite flat, making it easy to share and express your ideas in an open-minded environment. The team also offers flexible working hours and even has Nespresso coffee machines for a nice caffeine boost. However, do confirm with the management about the flexibility, as it may change from time to time and not everyone may be eligible. Staff also get store credit every month

Cons

There are no bonuses, and you won’t get any medical or dental benefits. Salary increments are rare; you can request one, but chances are slim. If you drive, make sure to include daily parking fees in your expected salary since parking isn’t covered. The company observes very few holidays compare to others Salary is generally below market rate, so if compensation and benefits are your priority, this might not be the best fit. However, the work environment can be okay if you just want to gain some experience or work with a young team for a while. Just don’t expect much in terms of career growth or long-term rewards.
