      Pros

      Great first job with lots of opportunities to learn and connect with others. Supervisors were great...they were all super supportive and provided so many resources.

      Cons

      Upper management team made me feel cornered/pressured into taking on cases that I wasn't comfortable with but this may have changed since then.

      Pros

      Full time hours, pretty environment, lots of support from the team, the cutest clients! Regular merit reviews twice a year, PTO bonuses each quarter, playing and teaching kids, getting to work outside on the playground and not inside all day.

      Cons

      Days can feel long at times, working with kids in this field can lead to getting sick more frequently
