New management is a nightmare, cooperate at one point said that “residents are receiving too many orders” when it is a 64 bed facility. I was given no schedule and there was no business office at the time of employment Caregivers are not given the standard RN competency checks prior to beginning independently. Private pay and FAR more concerned with the money coming in than the care residents receive. Staff calling after shift because management will not answer on call questions. Never offered insurance due to no business office. All employees are treated very very poorly by DON and Executive director.
