-Work is ok -life balance (no interactions after working hours or weekends) -Decent pay -Great colleague and team leader (well, it depends on which team you are assigned to)

Depending on the company being outsourced to, it is hard to say. As for mine, the management is a bit on the downside. Politics, favoritism, skin politics ( Yup, I said what I see.), etc., are prevalent. But yeah, it is good enough if you have the mindset to not mind and just work as normal.
