Despite claiming to value people, management shows zero hesitation when it comes to layoffs. This ruthless approach is often fueled by poor financial decisions, such as the continuous acquisition of companies that frequently lead to the corporation suffering financial losses. When the numbers look bad, they discard employees without a second thought.
