      I came in with little to no skills and I got taught everything I needed to know to do my job and there are opportunities to expand and go down different career paths.

      Cons

      Sometimes you don't know what is going on with the business at a higher level which can cause uncertainty.

      New management team seem to be making positive changes. Nice people. Opportunity to work on good projects if you carve out the time.

      Internal communication needs improving - a lot of good news isn't shared widely.
