Well paid when work available

Reality doesn’t always fit with how company promotes its services. Very little work now in agency nursing. Most work within community or private care packages. Often working alone, can feel professionally vulnerable. Agency , despite glossy image, shows little duty of care towards its agency staff. Very difficult environment to raise concerns as agency will remove work opportunities. Not enough choice of shifts to have any genuine work / life balance. The paying clients are always “right”, SNG will never advocate of behalf of their staff in circumstances of poor working environments, violence, vexatious complaints.
