Pros

Nothing to like here. Do not join the organization as an experienced candidate. Especially you will not get perks like MNCs if you've worked earlier and you'll regret like me after joining here.

Cons

People are sick here. The workload is high. You will be in high pressure (just be ready for the medicines). People complains about them but could not say in front of them else they will be fired for any reason. The process is so bad. Those who are from a lil bit higher position are mostly uneducated, does not know the spellings. No such IJP options - they will take you internally if you butter them really well for L2, SME etc. They will never accept their mistakes and will start finding yours when you find theirs. They do not have anything aligned in place but they have PIP like MNC and which is completely funny. Luckily I escaped like other new joinees just after a month. No permanent position is offered. New joinee comes like me and escapes because of the sick, dominated, manipulative nature of the people here. You will regret after joining in CS Team sis bro - THAT'S MY GUARANTEE.
