Summary: Low benefits, overwork is normalised in Marketing, high work hours than industry standard, little or no work-life balance for marketing (Only exists for HR though), Lack of support from Managment, Employee centricity is only talked about not implemented. Benefits lag significantly behind industry standards, and there is no additional benefits like profit share or additional bonuses. ​Recent leadership hires have centralized decision-making, resulting in a culture of blame and toxicity. There is a worrying trend of long-term employees being terminated with only one day’s notice, which creates a constant state of job insecurity. ​The Marketing department is in a state of constant flux. High turnover and overwork culture—driven by ineffective leadership at the HoM level—is overlooked by senior management despite frequent hiring cycles. ​While HR appears supportive on the surface, they lack the autonomy to prioritize employee wellbeing and have been unresponsive to formal complaints regarding management behavior. The promotion cycle is maintained only for HR, and the rest departments even after working twice the amount will be addressed to "Bell curve"
