Work culture very bad If you as a woman had a surgery, then they will not even allow u to rest for a week and start calling u... If u take any medical unplanned leave even for 2 days. They will make an issue out of it Tao cannot do anything about this culture Worst company ever.it is not only about good projects it is also about how you value your employees. You will work very hard but not receive any recognition and even hike will be delayed for months
