Pros

there are no pros!!!! let me start of by saying all the good comments posted here about the company are forced, (not a big shocker if you ask me, the management is abusive and toxic) they asked few team members to write good reviews for them because the ratings were bad. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GROWTH IN THIS COMPANY, I HUMBLY REQUEST ALL THE FRESHERS TO RE-EVALUATE THEIR OPTIONS BEFORE COMING HERE! trust me even a sales job is better than this.

Cons

THERE ARE ONLY CONS! WALK AWAY OR BETTER YET RUN! 1. the management is toxic and abusive, micromanagement runs in the blood. 2. there is absolutely no job security, i have seen people getting fired for absolute no reason. 3. you cannot trust anyone in the office. i could list a 100 more reasons, but i simply dont want to waste my time in this company anymore.

Pros

Nada. Nil. NA. No. You must not search for pros; I must insist you turn around and not run your life into the trenches. I beg of you.

Cons

Tons. Whatever is the worst of the worst you can think of. Actually, let's ChatGPT it (much like all their books...that don't sell)! The most toxic companies are defined by a culture of abuse, fear, and discrimination—where leadership thrives on intimidation, not innovation. In such environments, misogynist bosses belittle female colleagues, make offensive jokes about mental health, and mock employees facing burnout or anxiety. They claim, “We let you go at 6 PM,” while piling on never-ending work that keeps employees glued to their screens late into the night, every day of the week, with not a single true day off. Micro-management is constant, with every minor task scrutinized, and threats—both subtle and explicit—are part of daily communication. Promotions hinge on favoritism, HR protects the abusers, and any attempt to push back is met with gaslighting or isolation. The result is a psychologically unsafe workplace where creativity dies, morale collapses, and people leave not just the job—but the industry entirely.
