Clients can be bothersome, overbooking, low staff for the amount of services needed to be given while some days there are too many people, management can take awhile to release work schedules(sometimes night before)/not be accommodating for what is personally needed and previously discussed

The staff is made up of professional upbeat caring people. There is a very positive teamwork culture that makes each day productive and rewarding. Getting to hear all the wonderful things customers have to say about how much fun their pet have at the resort is so awesome! Management is always encouraging and supportive.

Sometimes people move away and we don't get to see their beloved pet anymore.
