Unfair and double standard bonus structure. The managers bonuses are based on a percentage that's double the percentage of workers so very unfair especially as managers salaries are far bigger. Most of the bonus fund goes to managers up and creates deep ethical and trust issues between management and staff. Union representatives also paid the higher bonus percent.
