Pros

A lot of thought was clearly put into introducing newcomers to their respective posts with a well curated plan and this helped ease me into the work when I first joined. By this I'm not implying micro management but the right balance of support and freedom to go about my own tasks. There are a few other things I want to mention here: given that they're focused on soft skills training, it's nice to see it being practiced outside the sessions and among the employees themselves. I’d attribute the varied perspectives and ideas you see in the material and modules to the diverse crowd that make up the team. So far, the environment here has felt collaborative with a lot of transparency, which makes it easier to take ownership of tasks. Concerning feedback on my performance, I like how it's always been communicated in a respectful and constructive fashion even during times when I may have committed some error or mistake.

Cons

While I'd say the work can occasionally feel overwhelming, something that was made clear from the beginning was that there would be a learning curve involved, and this has forced me to come out of my comfort zone when having to deal with challenging situations. In a sense, this has allowed me to grow in ways I'd never have imagined and taught me valuable skills around facilitation, critical thinking and time management. I'm also grateful to the entire team for extending their support whenever I need their assistance.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The organization truly values diversity and inclusion, creating an inclusive and respectful environment where everyone feels heard. It’s a diverse team, and there’s a genuine effort to build a safe space for sharing ideas and perspectives, along with providing equal opportunities for growth. The culture and values stand out strongly there is a collaborative and supportive team environment where people are always willing to help each other. Leadership encourages transparency and gives individuals a strong sense of ownership in their work. This creates a positive work culture that motivates you to contribute and improve continuously. Overall, it’s a great place to learn, grow, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about both people and performance.

Cons

The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, which brings new challenges and opportunities regularly, while also encouraging continuous learning, adaptability, and strong professional growth.
