Pros

Exposure to some interesting work and a good place to start your career. HR dept is great and they really try to do their best for both staff and business.

Cons

They do not value their employees at all. Pay is not handled fairly regarding decisions being made by the executive team nor is it reflective of salaries in the current not for profit market. There is no care for retaining staff…you are are easily replaced.

Pros

Hybrid working. Nice people and good pension

Cons

Incompetent management with flip flop changes that never stick. Crumble into chaos over every speed bump. No progression and very little professional support. Waste of time

Pros

Working at the RSM was a rewarding experience. At more than 200 years old, it's got an amazing history. That kind of reputation is great for your CV, and telling people where I worked always started interesting conversations.

Cons

Things can feel a bit old-fashioned, and projects move slowly because resources are stretched thin. There was a big push for bringing in money, which sometimes felt like it took priority over other stuff. I felt a tighter strategy might have helped - focus on just a couple of big goals.
