Pros
Team members are generally polite and hardworking.
Good intentions toward building a quality product.
Cons
There is no real product management discipline. Scope expands constantly, priorities shift daily, and there is no stable definition of “done.” Jira is used, but improperly: features are broken into vague tickets, entire epics are treated as tasks expected to be completed in a day or two, and requirements change mid-implementation. This makes it effectively impossible to ever finish work.
Contractors are under constant pressure, including expectations to work beyond normal hours. Work is frequently declared incomplete not because it failed requirements, but because the goalposts moved after delivery.
Payment is a major issue. In my case, the contract ended and full payment was not made. Remaining payment was withheld and tied to completing additional, newly expanded scope after the agreed engagement period. This creates real financial risk for contractors and should be considered carefully before accepting work here.
Not recommended if you value realistic delivery expectations or reliable payment.
